Ripoff - cannot activate giftcards or get thru on the cust svc number Pittsburgh

Bought 3 visa gift cards from Giftcards.com. They had a great rep on the internet. But the day after Xmas I cannot activate any of the cards. The website is not work - everything says info is wrong and to re-enter - nothing works and when you call the activation number or customer service number 1-877-944-3822 you get a recording that says "all circuits are busy" this has been going on for 20 hours! How can that be. My kids are so disappointed - what a bummer for Xmas and now I am out $250.00 at this point. I left an email, no response - cannot get thru the website or phone - BEWARE of this website!
