Impossible to Communicate with the Office

I have been attempting to renew my lease to get the lower rate for the past month. Why? Idk... I have attempted to call muiltiple people in which, I was already in communication with. I have called the office and have been placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes at a time and have not spoken to anyone about my sistuation yet. I finally reached someone and request I speak with a manager I was then refused and transferred to the person I had originally asked for. This establishment is awfully unprofessional and have NO SENSE of customer service abilities. To renew my lease here would be foolish especially since nothing gets fixed. I have lived here for a year now and have had minimum contact with this office because I pay my rent on line, but when I do, there is ALWAYS a problem. You would think I was attempting to talk to the president of the UNITED STATES! Not even!!! I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and lazy they are.
