Landmark at creekside grand
3505 redwine Rd east point ga 0344 Renew lease ripoff

Miscellaneous

All right I've been here for one year it always has been good to me no problem but this is the scary part about this company when my lease was about to end about 2 months before I received A letter saying to renew my lease so I went to the office telling them it"s too early she said if you don't renew It today your rent won't be the same. Meaning it will raise unless I signed that day, so I signed it and it still raised up.

So she never told me that my rent was raised $50.00 more until I received a letter saying that I'm negative on my rent.

So before you move here think twice and if you have kids they'll stay in the house every day no parks anywhere or around
