The worst internet service EVER!

I have had the worst internet service imaginable. I moved into an apartment complex that forces its residents to use this company. EVERY month my internet service gets slower and slower until it eventually stops working... EVERY month! I have to go into the office to get work done that I should be able to do at home. And every time I call, the world's most incompetent people they have masked as customer service reps try and sell me a $99 service protection plan, why would I buy a service protection plan? My issues are never resolved! With other companies if there are any issue they send out techs with no additional charge... And there usually are no issues anyways. I pay more for internet now than I ever have with other companies. When my lease is up, I am going to move. I would rather move than to have to deal with this company ever again. I can not understand how such a company has remained in business, with such bad practices. If you are considering service from DirecPath, DON'T do it! If you are thinking about moving into an apartment complex that has a contract with DriecPath, consider moving elsewhere... Its just NOT worth it!!
