Bad customer service, rude reps

If I woud of reviewed this company before I signed up for two years, I wouldn't be writting this review. The customer reps are rude, very rude, and everything that people are saying about this company is true. If you have a problem, your on your own, they make no exceptions for no one. I am going to pay the fee to get out of dealing with these people. Don't be sorry later, just forget them.
