So discusted with ntb and their customer service. It was no suprise when I spoke with a friend who has been working for the company for years, stated that the company does not care about the employees. That is a direct reflection on how the business is ran. I was interested in purchasing tires, not anymore. The sales reps. Receive commission from different items sold, but lose commission earned from previous sales tractions. Based on the warranty, or sale itself, the sales reps. Are being penalized. I could not believe it until, like said I wanted to buy tires, and instead when we walked to my car they tried to sell me everything except tires. Very rude service, I felt like I was being taken for a ride. Ntb can forget my business. Fix your problems within, take care of your employees and maybe the next customer won't feel like being attacked by a wolf
