NBC Grimm promos during Olympics horrifying for young kids

I was greatly dismayed to find disturbing promos for NBC's Grimm on during the morning hours of the Olympic games. Many young children are watching during the day and NBC really should be more responsible. The images are extremely graphic and are filled with horrific and gruesome visuals including several morphing abhorrent faces. My 4 year old saw the images and was pretty upset. I never watched Grimm before, assuming it was a lame, post-twihard show, and I sure as hell won't be watching it now.
