Beware: Dealer sells mainly frame damaged cars to unsuspecting customers, very slick salespeople and dealership principals

I bought a 2006 Lexus LS430 through their salesman Branden Grimm in October over the internet. Mr. Grimm assured me the car hadn't been in an accidents and they only dealt in high quality cars. Their web sight indicated their service was second to none and repeat and referral was what they strived for. This couldn't have been farther from the truth. As part of the transaction Springfield Auto paid for the freight to Port Huron, MI. Upon delivery of the vehicle I was notified of damage to the rear fender, deck lid & bumper. When I picked the car up I noticed the tires that were supposed to be 30% worn were almost bald. When Branden Grimm was notified he assured me the carrier would look after the 2000. Worth of damage and they would do something about the tires. As well after the first hour of driving the car the cruise control went on the fritz with a 1200. Repair bill. After a few months and many calls to Mr. Grimm and the dealer owner Dick Mathews I was getting discouraged. Later I did a google search on them and found they came up under two sites as selling frame damaged cars. I did an auto check to find out they had bought my car as a frame damaged vehicle from a Florida auction in Sept/09. It had been in two accidents. After checking out alot of their other inventory I found several other cars on their lot had been frame damaged as well. I paid these guys 29500 for a car with 60,000 miles which is retail for supposedly a first rate car. I was mislead by their website and a smooth talking salesman Branden Grimm. The whole experience cost me 4200 and I still have a car that was frame damaged. Totally beware of these crooks.
