Unexpected rate increase in bundled cable services

This past year I had been recommended by Comcast telephone repetition that bundled support (web, telephone & CATV) wouldn't vary from $119.99 for 2 decades provided I decided to have automatice cost from cred card for such expression. I simply obtained bill increasing price to $134.99. Telephone contact today stated agreement (?) was just for annually where period it'd improve which there's a $90 cost to interrupt such agreement. I had been not informed some of this a year ago.
