Internet TV and Phone Service - Customer and Service Support

I have had multiple issues with their customer service and technical support. Can't use laptop except in my living room next to box and I have fastest speed. Remote DVR also never works. The first month I had service my box died, had to make myself available to them to bring me another stupid box. They send out people that don't know how to repair their equipment and those repair people have to call same number we do to ask how to do the repair and they are on hold a very long time. Terrible service and terrible support. Wish I had never switched from Verizon.
