They tell you one thing and the bill is something else - Internet and phone service

I signed up with AT&T for their phone and internet service. The bill was suppose to be 66.39 a month. The first couple of months things were good then the bill started rising. I have unlimited phone and internet service but they changed the rules and charge me way more than they said they would. I am very unsatified with AT&T and they are not to be trusted on their promotions, deals, or services. One of my family members had been with them for 17 years and they took 250.00 out of her account so a word to the wise, don't trust them they only tell you what you want to hear then they stick it to you.
