Dish Network
Horrible policies and NOT Military friendly

My husband is Military and we had Dish for 1 1/2 years before we had to move into an apartment where they didn't allow satellite dishes so our only option was to put our account on hold because otherwise we would have had to pay hundreds of dollars to get out of our 2 year contract. With our account on hold we still had to pay between $5 and $6 a month. So our account has been on hold for 6 months and they just restarted our service which they told me through email they were doing, I didn't understand why but when I called they told me they can only put accounts on hold for up to 6 months. So all the while our account was on hold they were getting money from us even though we weren't using their services and while our account was on hold the time didn't even count against our contract. Now I am paying $15 for their lowest package despite the fact that I can't even watch it! I have continually had issues with Dish but I have absolutely had it. When my contract is up I will forever be done with them and I will tell anyone and everyone how horrible they are.
