Discrimanation against person with disssabiltys - gym

Hi i am theresa from michigan. And i have huntingtons disese i was AT the gym today. Around 1120am. I was approched by some randon guy at the 30 minute workout he asked me when i was going to move to the next station. First of all i just sat down i did 10 reps a the guy rudly tells me that i need to move. I told him not right tis second that i had 40 more to do and i would be done. Well that was not good enough answer for this man he goes to the front and has breeanna an emploeee to come tell me that i nee to hurry up and move... That when i tried to explain to her i have huntingtons disease and that i cant move as fast as i would likke to that i fall but she didint want to here anything that i had to say she keeped cutting me of. My sister jamie was also there trying to explain to her that i have a brian disoder but this dirl breeann didint listen to anything she was rude. Thats when i told her to get bent out the guy was still standing made arude commit about my huntingtons disesa i told that guy to keep running his mouth and i would spitt in his face. Sooooooooooo not getiing anywere with breeanna i went to the front desk to talk to a manger. That is when jerry lance comes and i try explaing what is going on that i have huntingtons disesa that it tame a minute to move from one thing to the next jerry tells me that he heres all the time that people are sick. Are you fu serious i asked him then he asked me to say sorry to breeanna for what reason would i do that i asked the only thing that i want to do is beat the blank out of her... And black her eye then jerry tells me he going to cancel my membership i asked for what reason. Because of how i talked to that girl. I asked him why she was sooooooooooooo rude his lame answer that she deals with big men all day who give her attitude. First off i use to be in customer services and i never ran my mouth to anbody the customer was always right. I asked jerry what you dont beleive in the dissabilty act. At first he says yes but we keep goingin in a cicle about hoe i shoul come to him and he would fix the problem he just keeped singing the same thing if you come to me so i can address the the problem i stood at the front desk explaing my problem with his rude emploee but he did not listen... To nytning i had to say he tells me that i should come to him and explain my problem the fact that i have huntingtons dieas e and then they will understand when somebody comes and makes a complaint about me takeing to long i asked him would he like a notte from my docter or how about i were my handicap sticker aroud my neck. First of all he not my docter and do to hippa regulations i dont have to diclose any thing ' i have never been humilated in my life. Jerry claims to be an owner but he needs more training along with his side kick i asked mr jerry for a corperate number and he said there i s no corperate then i foud it online i have never seen such rude intimadateing be avor in my life and the sad thing is for an owner this man never said sorry neither did his worker
