Terrible Customer Service

I called on September 24th because one of the gentlemen in my office had a phone that wasn't working. I called at 8am to report the problem; they said a ticket would be put on my account for someone to look at the problem. At 2pm no one had come to the office, so I called back. At 5pm we unplugged the phone and fixed the problem ourselves, so we called back to cancel the ticket that was issued for the problem. On Monday Oct. 3rd we came in the office to find all of our voicemails whipped out and we were not able to call long-distance. We are an insurance company we use the phone as one of our main services to the business. Ever since Monday Oct 3rd I have called up to 5 times a day trying to get someone to fix the problem. On Wednesday we finally found someone to fix the long distance calling but its Friday Oct 7th and we still don't have voicemails. The reason this happened windstream said was that someone called and canceled the service. That was never done on our part. They made a mistake and have taken a week to fix it (may be longer). I am beyond frustrated with this company.
