Bought Samsung UN60D7000 Television also it was wonderful, till it ceased operating six months later.

Today the procedure to possess it fixed, that has converted into a trade procedure is terrible. Their customer support centreis individuals are skilled but their fingers are linked with no escalations could be created.

I appear to be within this continuous period of "the next phase along the way will require 7-10 business days" that could drag-on forever.

Iam really, very dissatisfied, particularly thinking about the amount of cash I've invested and also the period of time I've needed to remove of function to accommodate this absurd procedure.

I am thinking about the following:

1. Fighting using the store for helping and selling a producer's item when such problems happen and viewing when they might help.

2. Focusing on obtaining a reimbursement if this requires still another week to solve

3. If getting longer than 14 days (we are in a month currently) seeking appropriate motion for missing earnings for fix and escalation accommodations in addition to additional problems.
