It was bought on Thnaksgiving 2008. It ceased operating 37 evening after it had been shipped. I've been informed by both Samsung and also the restoration heart the components aren't available. I've been advised twice it'd be changed and twice the trade was refused. I had been informed the title of the delivery organization, the type of it, to obtain the previous Television delivered to my home simply to be informed 5 nights later the trade was refused. I had been aged the state was refused since their customer support division didn't load the state form out properly.
The organization still doesn't possess the components to correct my Television. They'll not trade it. They're not maintaining their producer's guarantee. Is mess or scam?
