Had a service plan with Comcast. Because of fixed income I requested an inexpensive cable service. Some months later I requested an internet service in addition to the cable service. I explain to the Comcast rep that I could not afford an expensive packet. The rep quoted a monthly plan at $125.00 dollars. When I received the bill it was in the sum of $269.28 there are other facts surrounding this matte
