Changed to Att u verse and was informed that I'd to hold back per month for deploy. Times before my installation, I obtained a note on voicemail saying that installation continues to be postponed for another month. My spouse has invested over 2.5 hours about the telephone with numerous reps. One consultant hung-up on him when he requested to get a boss. Another (Mr. Silvio, assistant director at Ft. Lauderdale) is declining to permit him to talk to the boss and declining to supply info on where we are able to contact customer relationships - actually offered him the incorrect target of where you can send an attraction! No quality. I've never had this type of poor encounter before with any organization. Att may be the total worst - I am happy I was just trying out their wire.
