I'm 48 yrs old and also have experienced retail for more than 20 years. Lately I purchased a 37-inch tv from Wal Mart. 32 times after I purchase the Television the image is out. I go back again to the shop to simply trade it for another (the Basketball playoffs were entirely swing). Immediately I start obtaining the runaround. First, have you got your bill? Used to donot so that they would not trade it and also the shop asst. Mgr. And general mgr were REALLY inconsiderate in addition to unprofessional. I consider it and place it into my cherokee and return home to look for a bill 32 times old that I never believed that I'd require. Because of my beautiful spouse who NEVER tosses a bill absent, I had been ready to return with bill at hand 24 hours later comprehending that quickly I'd be viewing the playoffs. Oh how wrong I had been, I get informed that my bill is-33 days previous and they can't trade product after thirty days. Today I am fuming, I consider my television back again to my cherokee and begin calling corporate.
