New TV stopped working

I purchased a RCA 42-inch television in May for $1100 in money. Television ceased operating Oct 4 (5 weeks later). RCA attempted to repair it without any success. RCA stated they'd trade my Television, they did not. RCA stated they'd return my cash, they'venot. RCA hurts. Don't obtain RCA. It's today nearly March and that I am however with no Television. I contact them once per week, simply to be informed that the quality expert can get back again to me, nobody gets back again to me.
