The Dish Network is dishonest and in my experience attempt to collect for service which is not provided.
Their team of customer service representatives in Bombay have no clue about resolving problems. Their only talent is in reading the same script each time a call is received.
The Dish Network refused to correct problems with my satellite television service. When I terminated service, they began harrassing phone calls, turned the account over to a collections agent, and in general acted in an unethical manner.
The Dish Network is dishonest.
