Service rep Casandra BADGE # ERB is very RUDE to customers. Alex I.D. Q13ye sends you down misleading paths, CasseyI. D. QIK call center supervisor does not want you to speak to anyone in Charge above him to resolve problems. I have had problems with Dish Network since December. Have been a good paying Dish customer since 2006
