Another US company outsourcing to the Philippines!

My apartment complex very unfortunately has a contract with Direct Path. I hate that the customer service is in the Philippines. That alone should be reason enough to avoid this company. Why are they employing Filipinos with our U.S. Dollars??? The Philippine customer service is a complete drag to work with, they clearly read off of a script, and charge whatever they want whenever they want. And worse yet, if I cancel my contract, I would have to pay Direct over $400. I will NEVER go with this company again.
