Issue with Digital Audio

Digital-audio from DirecTV DVRs has wait when playing back live or registered programs. Movie begins first, subsequently audio starts 2-3 seconds later. There's no wait when analog sound can be used. Their executive division claims it's my Leader home entertainment radio, not their DVR that's evoking the wait. Leader claims the recipient couldn't wait audio play even when they needed it to. I'd the issue with my prior Sony receiver so it's not the recipient—it's obviously the DVR. I've attempted to deliver a for their president Michael White however the "Office of the Leader" intercepts all communication addressed to him.

I've recorded the issue and my attempts to obtain DirecTV to consider possession of it. I'd connect it except that it's in TERM structure and only image platforms could be connected. I'll be happy to email it to anybody who cares to determine it.
