Receiver not changing channels

Is other people having an issue using their directv phone not changing stations because the Olympics began. Easily last viewed an NBC route (US, MSNBC etc.) the recipient wont adjust to additional applications I do want to report. The recipient will even randomly visit an NBC route overriding my previously inserted applications. Do they've anything choosing NBC to power up rankings by not allowing my recipient instantly change stations?

This issue started using the start of olympics and just occurs with NBC stations.
