Rebate

I had been guaranteed a $100 discount after I registered with Comcast for Television and web providers; which was in March. I still haven't observed a rebate and although their "examine your refund" site claims they'll return within twenty four hours, they do not. How can one cope with this? Could you consider them to courtroom?
