Liars!

I registered for Comcast on July of “08” through Bridgevine. I'd been looking around to discover the best offers and lastly discovered Bridgevine that “beat” everybody. Their site provided double-play (wire & internet) for $66.00 FOR JUST ONE year, association charge of $49.95, versus everyone for six months phrase only. I thought it had been too-good to become true…so I named and confirmed having a live repetition before signing up…she established all was proper including discount offers. She stated that our discussion had been documented!!! So…I get my 1st Comcast bill…. Terms were for six months and association charge of $79.95!! After I named Comcast they stated it had been regular association charge for having two providers linked, (which Bridgevine understood I had been obtaining …DUHHHH it’s named double-play!!! However I had been provided the buying price of $49.95)…. Comcast extended to express they had nothing related to what Bridgevine, (their licensed supplier) guaranteed me…. So Comcast & I named Bridgevine on three-way …Bridgevine established my guaranteed conditions and yet or Comcast or Bridgevine wish to consider responsibility…. My criticism was “being delivered to corporate” by Bridgevine… Comcast & Bridgevine guaranteed delivered calls by administrators when my situation was examined, I named more than 15 occasions, they named me back NONE!

Today October 7… after still not reading from anybody, I again named Bridgevine. They replied that after researching my preliminary promotion-they observe that it surely was just for six months, not 12, they're apologizing for that consultant that wrong me of the REGISTERED preliminary conditions after I registered, as well as for all of the repetitions that reconfirmed the conditions each time I called…even the one which reconfirmed it to Comcast on 3-way. Oh and also the connection charge, nicely that’s as much as Comcast to cope with simply because they planned my link, comcast claims that is to become managed by Bridgevine since I have aquired their providers through them... Therefore that’s all people, that’s how COMCAST & BRIDGEVINE cope with the grievances from their respected clients!

Concerning the rebates…wish me fortune on that!!!
