Payment for internet

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have got multiple problems and a confusion with payment for internet service provided by Verizon.

Our address is: 1521 12th street North Apt 5, Arlington Virginia. Zip code 22209. Tel: 703-812-0374 and 571-431-2481. We use only internet and we pay always on time. The problem is when we came to the USA as new immigrants we did not have SSN and our friend Mr. Vitaliy Kim opened an account with Verizon for us. Then we asked Verizon to close his account and we paid regularly from Verizon internet site. We paid to the account 9548005302. We always paid from this account through internet. It happened so when you provided us a bill and we paid on time and the money always went to the previous owner Mr. Vitaliy Kim’s account. We required payment investigations and sent fax messages three times to Verizon financial services. After investigation they returned the money to Vitaly Kim but the problem was not solved at all. Early this month Verizon switched off the internet as they claimed that we did not pay money for the service. But we paid the money on time. There is the confirmation number of the Bank of America 821603330 ID 0006375072219783. Payment date May 19. We paid USD 248.92. Nevertheless the service was switched off, so we had to pay it again. Please delete the account of Mr. Vitaliy Kim on the address: 1521 12th street North Apt 5, Arlington VA 22209. He has got a different account and has nothing to do with us any longer. This has to be stopped. Please help us to stop this confusion and double payment which happens over and over again.
