I recently ended my Primary TV consideration after being together for more than 8 years. I settled my final statement and delivered the main one DVR they required. Nowadays I examine my banking account and there is a $218 cost. I named and questioned what it was about and was informed 1. They didnt receive the reciever I delivered within their pre-paid container. 2. They're getting me $25 for PPV moives allegedly requested in 2005!!! I UNDERSTOOD we didn't purchase these films because the repetition stated these were requested through our primary DVR utilizing the distant along with a phone-line connected towards the reciever. We NEVER had a phone-line about the reciever and USUALLY requested PPV through the web site. Our next thing is to visit my bank tomorrow and document a challenge. How on the planet may a business cost you without suggesting. Shame you direct tv: (
