Child Support Failure to Find Fathe

I have been awaiting a response from child support. I've had to reapply three times due to the office loosing my info. The father has three current up to date cases open all in the same area and some how my info is not being pushed through. My child is over a year now and we have not recieved a dime. I have been unable to get a response from the child support agency. When i do finally get someone one the phone i get the run around or told that they have no info in the system for my case. Meanwhile the father is riding around in a brand new car, has a big new house just built and a great paying job.
