They are stealing my child support money and disconnected all of their phone numbers

I had applied for child support on May 4 with child support services of atlanta, inc. I gave them all my information and they started collected from my child's father a few weeks later. I called to get the atatus of my case and they told me they had to collect their fees before i received anything. They would not tell me how much their fees were. I called back a couple of weeks later and all their numbers were disconnected so i have no way of contacting them. They are still collecting money from my child's father and its been a year and my child still has not received anything and i still cannot get in contact with agency
