Make it Purposely Difficult to Cancel Service

Called and talked to representative to cancel my service because selling car. They took my information and said they transfer call for what I thought was verification purposes. Call transfered to a recorded message where I waited for over 20 min for customer care person. Why couldn't the first person conclude the request - wait I know, it is a tactic used to fustrate the customer and have them hang up after waiting an unreasonabel amount of time. Do you think new subscribers have to jump through hoops to get service - no way. They didn't know this but when I purchased my new car I was planning to get their service - but now they lost my business permanantly because of this sleezy tactic.
