Eing denied service for someone else account

I requested directv and was authorized to discover the best items. They went my credit and charged me a control charge of 21.84. I had been setup to become linked in two times. Your day of link and was named and questioned what connection was i to some person who had a prior consideration together and that I told them-and what did which have related to me? Nicely since that individual had likewise existed in the prior handle i existed these were questioning me support until i spend her statement? I really could not think that I had been being held accountable on her consideration after which along with they WOn't return my running fee. And that I am concerned they might cost my banking account on her statement. Is that this legal??
