DVDs ordered were illegally burned and of VERY low quality

I ordered the Boston Public series DVDs and receied them about two months later.
The DVDs were blatantly ripped off of a television set and were of extremely low quality. The voices do not match up to the people speaking and there are several glitches during the program.
Its like watching streaming videos online on a 56K modem, if you're computer savvy.
