Fake and deceptive advertising

I requested some Seaquest DSV dvds in August. After I ultimately obtained them (five months and never two after I put the purchase) I came across that 1) ten attacks were lacking; 2) one occurrence was imperfect; 3) disc 12 was faulty for the reason that it froze over the last occurrence about the disk. I had been guaranteed in emails dated 9/20/06,1/18/07,1/30/07 that within 15 times I'd be shipped an upgraded collection. Obviously, I've never obtained the alternative DVDs. On 2/23/07then suggested that I needed a reimbursement of the price. Up to now, I've not obtained any verification they have experienced contact using the charge card business. Luckily, I'd informed the card company of the issue, plus they are detailing the deal as in challenge, but I actually donot understand how long they'll do this.

RareDVDs makes a missing of excellent statements on its site about quality and customer support, which are phony.
