After paying the bill, Washington Gas refused to restore the gas. I have called several times and asked to have a technician to come restore my gas. I have spoken to 3 supervisors with no relief. They refuse to come and stated that I will have to waite until Monday to have the gas restored. This run around is not offering good customer service. They keep telling me that service cannot be restored until Monday and again I have asked that they come at a time that I can make it home to let them in the house for the gas checks.
