Not even sure where to begin, 1 st they showed up 12 hours late for installation, installer did over $500 worth of damage to our surround sound and entertainment center Promised us $100 in credits. None of this has been done or resolved! On top of which they charged us for a service call that we were told was going to be no charge since the equipment was defective. This has been going on now for 3 months and we are done with them. Have filed a civil complaint against them and am contacting our local news media for assistance as well as sending this to the Today show to see if they can get this resolved. We are canceling Direct TV and going to go with Time Warner. Let them try and charge us an early termination fee! Good luck to anyone who would ever use this company, I am certain you will be ripped off and lied to!
