I was quoted a price of $149.99 per month for my mobile through Cox, by 2 different Cox employees. Now, 2 days after my 30 day grace period, I am told it is actually $169.99. I have spent 3 hours on the phone with 5 different reps and still no one will honor the original price. One employee even went as far as to tell me this is my fault!

I've been a loyal Cox customer for over 10 years, with my internet, cable and phone and this is the treatment I get. They didn't even care when I told them I would take all my business elsewere!

I just want the original monthly charge I was quoted.
