I have been battling AT&T for 5 & 1/2 months over incorrect billing, They have been overcharging me every month since March. I have been assured each time I call that the problem has been fixed. They haven't corrected the problem yet I have been on the phone over 700 minutes in that time and if they don't get it right this month I am going back to Cox even though I don't think they are any better. Beware of AT&T, they are a nightmare to deal with.
