Won't honor extended warranty

Purchased a $7000 home entertainment program in June 09.invested thousands on an in-house guarantee for your point advantageous to three years. First problem with dvdplayer they explained the warranty was just for the recipient — not the entire program, even if I confirmed them my bill for that guarantee, the Southside Blvd. Jacksonville FL shop declined to recognize the entire process guarantee. I'd to obtain another dvdplayer. Today my recipient is damaged plus they wont recognize the guarantee till I provide the recipient in — but itis attached to cables behind the large activity system system and that I can't-get towards the cables to remove it. They mounted it-this method. I've invested 4 hours about the telephone — on a single phone— nowadays with 9 various people, and spending the majority of that point on-hold, while they debate whether I will actually purchase anyone to come below and swap-out the recipient. I've never been this furious in my own life. I dislike those individuals. I'll never look there again.
