GE Service is awful

Have a GE side by side Profile refrigerator/freezer. Freezer stopped working March 19. Called "GE Cares" service and got an appointment for March 23. Service man came and said we needed new freezer fan. It would take a week to get the part and reschedule installation. April 2, installed Fan - freezer still not working. Determines now we need new mother board. It will take a week to get the part and 2 weeks to get installed because they are having a service meeting next week. Mother board installed April 17th and both freezer and refrigerator not working. April 18th service man comes out and determines compressor and condensor need to be be replaced. Soonest they can do it is 8 days later.
I have been without a freezer for 4 weeks, had 4 service calls and it still is not working. GE service appears to be incompetent and has no sense of urgency in resolving customer complaints.
