GE Broken Freezer, Terrible Service from GE

My parents have had a dreadful experience with our GE 90 20 cu ft. Freezer a mere 90 days old, that stopped cooling Friday afternoon. A technician came out on Saturday morning, said it was an easily fixed leak and the compressor went out. He nonchalantly informed us he'd be back on Friday - a week later! Mom and Dad talked to customer service who offered us no solution but to try and rush the repair. A compressor arrived on our doorstep yesterday and a technician, Karl Smith, came this afternoon - totally surprised that a compressor had to be installed. He had no tools for the job - GE had not informed him of the problem with our freezer.
