Price increase accross the board

I'd to signal a-2 year agreement for immediate t/v to set up something in my own home. Now I'm being scammed as a result of cost increase of over 2.00 monthly and an additional 1.00 monthly for every rented receiver. Is there not really a regulation that claims they CAn't alter a deal before present agreement has terminated??? Wtf??? This Can Be A LARGE ripoff to get a large amount of people. Are we speaking CLASS-ACTION however???
