Referral Reward Terms Hidden and Billed $57.99 Instead of $19.99

Direct Tv is very misleading.

When you talk to the sales team and set up your account they don't tell you that in order to get the referral reward for some one that recommended you you have to set it up before you sign on the installation. That is also the case for there Rebates. And when I gave them my credit card information for a one time payment of $19.99 service fee to start it up they billed me for $57.99 a month in advance and took it direct from my account, They also set it up as a direct withdrawal from my account for the rest of the payments.

I contacted customer service and the reply was " You should have read the fine print" and " To bad what it is is what it is "

I'm not done with this yet.
