Rip-off/unauthorized charges/poor customer service

Primary tv is just a complete rip off. I've been together to get a year, after i shifted, i had been told that i was not likely to be charged for transferring my support. Other unauthorized charges were on my statement each month including a $49.99 company call cost. I'd been charged for an extra receiver that i did not have for over annually. Our payment isn't what they said it'd be. Additionally, the "alleged" customer support reps are extremely rude, plus they get mad at you for attempting to discuss your statement. Direct tv is just a laugh. I am through together!!!
