No service. Regulaunauthorized charges, Regulation needed!

Unexpected lack of support. Tryed to obtain touching Direct TV. No DIRECT-SERVICE collections. Simply advertisements to purchase more or specific deals. Eventually got in contact wsith somebody. A fee for a specialist to come quickly to the home. Many weeks today wiothout support; the specialist ultimately comes, claims anything is okay and we did have sporadic service to the HDTV. We informed Direct TV they should deliver us a proper statement for just the period we really had support. We subsequently got a statement for specialist fees plus insurance plus—late fees. No, we would like a fixed bill no late charges, since we're arguing your statement. After many emails they became popular a couple of days of the statement but held implementing the late fees. Right now, we're irritated and stated deliver us a itemized statement and we shall spend it, with no late fees. They claimed they'd remove us. After they disconnected us - the agreement was damaged, and we visited another support. Additionally, the Attorney Generals' workplace has obtained all e-mail documents plus a problem type and any more correcspondence including an "unauthorized" cost our cost bill paid back again to us consequently of telling them immedidately.

We plan to follow this through till this business has rules that need them to meet up reasonable company methods and also have easily available service figures and competent specialists to correct there support.
