Unauthorized charges and Serveic Contract

I obtained a phone from Direct TV this past year declaring that I really could obtain their Advanced stations on the 5 month test schedule for $5.00 extra per month (put into my statement). I've been An Immediate TV customer for 4 decades, but since @ Direct TV's demand (they named often every single day for 2-3 months) they desired to "update my devices".
