Directpath
Useless internet provider - 3.0 mbps package

My apartment complex does not allow anyother service provider except for directpath and their speeds are terrible, they have promised upto 3.0 mbps but we get 0.08mbps anytime of the day. They say the community cant have much speed than that which is not true because at&t provided 6.0mbps now as they have no ports available we are the mercy of useless and good for nothing internet service directpath. This company inspite of all this crap and terrible service

Is able to survive. I wish they go bankrupt and be blackmarked
they have their call centre in phillipines and no one there has a clue what is
happening here in the states, i just wanted to let others know about the problems im facing with this terrible service and beware of this scam company.
