We're recovering from billed every-other month for services that were promoted under another costs, presents. Today hbo went up from 5.95 to 15.00 for no particular cause. We also got billed 34.00 to get a company call where a subcontractor while and billed suddenlink 34.00 for services provided to my home. There's nothing in writting that expecify that customers will be charged for support house-calls. I'm a heart patient and that i currently blew a gasket this this crab. I'll make my personnal objective to tell the planet how bad handled company and this type of reduced customer support company suddenlink is.
