No date, hi-jacking the airway

Channel tv9 new's room feels that they can break into any & all programs that they feel to be necessary to boost there ratings. Tv9 new's has continnually interupted programs in progress with "breaking new's" on an ongoing time period. Most of there "breaking new's", in my opinion, has not been new's that was important enough to be called "BN" & could have waited till the regular new's time frame. I feel that thier compitition with the other new's stations has caused them to add this "breaking new's" anytime they feel that they must be first to report a story to the public. When I first noticed tv9 new's doing this was one of the "breaking new's" stories, it was a light dust storm with a dust twister bout 5' to 15' from the ground, I've seen these all my life, but brian busbee with tv9 new's room broke into programming & kept the story on the dust twister going for about an hour or more. Since then, it seems that everything & I mean everything they report on is "breaking new's". I can't beleave they should have the power to take over & control the airwave's at there own will. I guess I could be wrong about this, not knowing all the rights of the media & the laws of the fcc, goverment agency policies. If I'm wrong, I appoligize for bothering anyone about this. I just can't understand how any bussiness has the right to control something so public as broadcasting & feel they should be more responsable about reporting the new's by not making it a competition with other new's stations..
